 A private institution sought to completely overhaul its founding charter and committee terms of reference. Through legal research, stakeholder consultations, and presentations to the board and executive committee, a modernization proposal was developed and adopted. This supported institutional governance and compliance objectives.

  A parapublic body engaged support to establish its initial ERM framework. Deliverables comprised a strategic roadmap, leadership advisory sessions, and an ERM guideline for risk governance.

 Following a call for tender, a college mandated us with the design of its first ERM framework. The scope included risk identification, evaluation, appetite formulation, and reporting, with employee training planned in the next phase.
